The origins of our brand are born in southern Italy, in the Puglia region, specifically in the town of Gravina.
Our host Gianni was born and raised in Puglia in the 70s, taking an interest in cooking throughout his youth.
When he arrived in Barcelona in 2000, he wanted to reflect his passion for traditional Italian cuisine with the modern and cosmopolitan touch of Barcelona.
