Born in 1988 in Carrara, a small town on the Tuscan coast, Italy, Giacomo Giannotti has cultivated his great interest in hospitality from a very young age, born thanks to the family business, Gelateria Paradiso. While studying at hospitality school, he discovered the passion for the bar and mixology to which he dedicated himself completely.
The speakeasy-style cocktail bar is accessed through an antique fridge door inside a Pastrami Bar. Wood with sinuous shapes to recall the Barcelona sea, Carrara marble on the bar to recall his Tuscan origins and the bond with his family with a tropical design elements. In Paradiso we find an interesting and captivating mix that combines tradition and modernity in an elegant, young and fun environment.
