The Llamber concept was forged in Avilés, Asturias, in 2009 as a result of the combination of origins and professional experiences of Francisco Heras and Eva Arbonés, thus filling the gap between traditional Asturian cuisine and great gastronomic restaurants. He, an Asturian with a long journey through renowned Catalan cuisines such as El Bulli, Freixa or Angel Palacios and she, a Catalan with hospitality experience in the Pyrenees and decorator of all her businesses, such as Cal Paller.
Five years later she moved the concept to Barcelona in a place with the same name, returning the exchange of culinary cultures.
